 All stays must be 7 nights or more.

Between mid-December and the first week of July, Check-ins are on Saturdays.

After the first week of July until mid-December, Check-ins are welcome any day of the week.

No. Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is NOT allowed. Any smoke smell inside the unit will result in the entire security deposit, plus any additional restoration fees being charged to the credit card on file. Designated smoking area is located on the north side of the property directly adjacent to the tennis court. 

Each unit has one designated parking space. Please park only in that space. Failure to display your parking pass could result in your vehicle being towed at the owner’s/renter’s expense.

Fees include: 13.0% sales tax added to all rates, cleaning fee that varies by unit size, and a night resort fee. 

Optional fees may be inquired for things such as early check-in, late check-out, or additional amenities.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% of total revenue will be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, subject to issuing a full refund. In the event of a guest cancellation outside of 30 days, a $125.00 restocking fee will apply to all canceled reservations. Individual rate policies may vary.
